... the letter "X." Yes, in a survey of seven month-olds, X was by far the tastiest letter, providing infants with all the calcium and iron they can't get from their regular diets... Christopher is truly enjoying his letter puzzle mat and although he has not figured out how to get the letters out himself, he really likes chewing on them when I give them to him. I was taking some pictures of CJ yesterday and I can't help but think about how big he is getting. For example, here are some before and after pictures of him in his favorite bouncy seat. The one on the left is from when he was one month old and the one on the right is from yesterday...
Now we actually have to lean the bouncy seat against the wall because when we put CJ in it, it sinks really far down! We're probably not supposed to put him in it (I'm sure there's a weight limit) and for the most part, he pulls up to kneeling and standing so he can play with the animals on it. But every once in a while, he enjoys chillin' with his favorite colorful doggie. Speaking of chillin', that is basically what we are up to today. We'll take one more week off from yoga and try it again next week. Mommy needs a total workout break today and so instead, we'll walk to Scooter's later because it is supposed to be a nice day. Tomorrow is supposed to be 74 degrees and our little man is super excited because his friend Maddie is coming over to play! Here are some more pics of our big little man:
