Snow Day!

This little man in white is all dressed up in his new thermals from Grandma Jan to go outside in our fresh, new 7 inches of snow. In fact, Christopher had his first official snow day of the school year! You can imagine how excited Mommy was about this, especially since Thursday is the only day of the week Chris goes to school. I will just have to wait til tomorrow when Ms. Kay comes over to babysit! Anyway, we had a great time out in the snow this morning as Buds entertained himself very well while I shoveled the driveway. The snow was absolutely beautiful and powdery. If I was a skier, I would assume this would be fabulous snow for the slopes. And now we are going to have some yummy soup for our lunch to warm ourselves up!
