We have just returned from a wonderful week out in Shelter Island. We got to spend a great time with the East Coast Wogloms and Christopher had a blast with his cousins! In fact, the kids shared a room for "sleeping" and had their very first sleepover. And as you can see from the picture above, they figured out some fun things to do, even when the weather was rainy. There were so many pictures from the week but here are a few of my favorites...
Aside from the fun the kids all had together, we also went to the beach, the pool and took several other outings while we were there. One day we drove out the Montauk lighthouse and Chris got to walk up to the very top! It was beautiful there that day and we really enjoyed seeing the first lighthouse ever built in the United States...
One of the other days we were in Shelter Island, we took the Fat Frog out for a spin around the bay. Captain Christopher was at the helm (with Grandpa guiding him)!
All in all, it was a lovely week spending time in a beautiful place with our family!
