A Baptism and Makin' Mud Pies

Today we went to Olivia and Elliot's church to celebrate Elliot's christening. It was a beautiful service and we were happy to partake in the day's festivities! Here is Chris with Elliot afterwards...

And one of the gifts Chris received yesterday from Luca was a great toy called Makin' Mud Pies. For starters I thought we should just make some sand pies, as they are sure to be less messy. Here is Chris whipping up a sand pie this afternoon in the little bit of shade we could find. Grandma Jan, check out the mixer!
