Dragon Dance

The kindergarten kids performed a dragon dance this morning to celebrate Chinese new year. They worked to make the dragon head and then attached material for the body. They perform the dance in front of the early childhood school kids. Here are some pictures that I got while I was there...

And here was Christopher's opportunity to lead his class in the dragon dance...

Valentine's Day Party

This past Thursday, Christopher's class held their Valentine's Day party, complete with games, crafts and yummy treats! Jonathan and I went in to join them (we were in charge of decorations) and had a great time with the kids.

Talking with Happy Apple

Happy Birthday Miss Moe!

Today is our sweet Kasey Moe's 10th birthday! This dog has brought so much love and joy into our lives and we are so thankful for her being a part of our family. To celebrate she is going to get lots of cheese, a beef dinner and a special treat from Brookside Barkery to share with her sister.

Clothing!!!

We received a 48 pound box of boys clothes from Chrissie and I've been having fun going through it this morning. Chrissie buys really cute stuff for her kids and we are reaping the benefits. Here is an adorable hat we found in the box!

It's a little big but cute nonetheless!

4 Months Old!

How is this kid four months old already??? Jonathan had his 4 month appointment this morning with Dr. Hostetler and he is looking good! First of all, JJ found a 9 month old girl to talk to in the waiting room and the two of them seemed to understand each other perfectly. As for the stats, here they are:

Length: 25.2 inches (50%)
Weight: 15 lbs. 4.8oz. (50%)
Head circumference: 16.7 inches (75%)

Everything else checked out well and little man was fine until he got his shots, but no surprise there. Or maybe he was reminiscing about that awful last play call by the Seahawks last night...
